حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ: كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا، قَالَ: فَسَكَتَ حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ رَادُّهَا إِلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: ” يَنْطَلِقُ أَحَدُكُمْ، فَيَرْكَبُ الْحُمُوقَةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ: {وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا} ، وَإِنَّكَ لَمْ تَتَّقِ اللَّهَ فَلَمْ أَجِدْ لَكَ مَخْرَجًا، عَصَيْتَ رَبَّكَ، وَبَانَتْ مِنْكَ امْرَأَتُكَ، وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ: {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ} فِي قُبُلِ عِدَّتِهِنَّ

Hazrat Mujahid Rh. Farmaate hai ke Mai Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas Rdh. Ki Khidmat me Tha ke Ek Shaks Haazir huwa aur Kaha ke Usne Apni Biwi ko Ekhatti 3 Talaaq Dedi hai.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas Rdh. Chup Rahe yaha tak ke Mujhe Gumaan Hone Laga ke Hazrat Ibn Abbas Rdh. Use Raja’at (Ruju) Ka Hukum Denge Phir Farmaaya ke Pehle Tu Himaaqat Kar Baitha hai Phir Aye ! Ibn Abbas, Ibn Abbas Chillaata hai.

Allah Tala ka Farmaan Jo Allah se Darega Uske Waaste Allah Gunjaish ki Raah  PaidaKarega.Tumne Allah ka Khauf nahi kiya Lehaaza Mai Tere Waaste Gunjaish ki Raah Nahi paata, Tune Apne Rab ki Nafarmaani ki aur Teri Biwi Tujhse Juda Hogayi.

Allah tala ka Irshaad hai : Aye Nabi SAW ! Tum Apni Biwiyo ko Talaaq Dene ka Iraada Karo Toh Unhe Talaaq Do Unke Iddat ke Waqt se Pehle. (Sunan e Abi Dawud : Jild 2 : Safa 449, Hadees no 2197)

وَفِي جُزْءِ هِلَالٍ الْحَفَّارِ، وَمُعْجَمِ الصَّحَابَةِ لِلْبَغَوِيِّ، وَتَارِيخِ ابن عساكر مِنْ طَرِيقِ مُعْتَمِرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ عَنْ جَدِّهِ بقية، عَنْ أبي صفية مولى النبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ

يُوضَعُ لَهُ نِطَعٌ، وَيُجَاءُ بِزِنْبِيلٍ فِيهِ حَصًى فَيُسَبِّحُ بِهِ إِلَى نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ، ثُمَّ يُرْفَعُ فَإِذَا صَلَّى الْأُولَى أَتَى بِهِ، فَيُسَبِّحُ بِهِ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ.

Se Marwi hai ke Unke Liye Ek Chapde ki Khaal Bichaayi Jaati thi aur Ek Zambeel (Thaili) Laayi Jaati thi Jisme Kankariya (Hoti) thi Toh Wo Uspar Aadhe Din tak Tasbeeh Padhte the Phir Utaali Jaati, Phir Zohar ki Namaz Padhlete (Phir wo) Laayi  Jaati aur Uspar Shaam tak Tasbeeh Padhte the.
